The Recovery and Disposal Codes used on Consignment Notes

Under the Hazardous Waste Regulation 2005 the consignment note in Part E includes a section which describes what is the the Waste Management Operation undertaken by the site which received the waste.

The site is required to code the activity it undertakes using a prescribed list. That list is shown below.

When we receive the waste we complete on  the note and in our database the activity we undertook as shown below.
