Change at the Top!

After setting up the original company over 35 years ago Richard Roads, the MD, is talking life a little easier and becoming non-executive Chairman.

Richard started the company with no customers and £100. After 35 years the company is turning over in excess of £3.5 million, is still 100% family owned and has treated in excess of 1,000,000 tonnes of wastes.

Nick Roads became MD on August 7 2001. He has been with the company for over 10 years, most of these as Commercial Director, and has helped guide the company in growing by around 20% a year in terms of the volumes it processes and turnover in the last 3 years. This has been achieved out of cashflow and the company is in a very sound footing for the next 10 years.
