We have decided to upgrade our ISO 9001 Quality System to ISO 9001: 2000 standard.

We were approved for this in November 2003

As part of that process we have decided to publicise the new Quality Manual to invite responses from our Customers and other interested parties.

We are at the advanced stages of our ISO 14000 Environmental Systems and expect to publish that in March 2004 on the website and we will invite feedback on that as well.
