New Landfill Regulations for Hazardous Waste apply from
16 July 2004

The new regulations make new demands on waste producers and waste
treatment companies.
The investments we have made in the last few years have ensured that we
can make the transition smoothly into the new era, with no disruption to
customers and further without the need to change our prices. This is
simply as we landfill less than 15% of the hazardous waste we take in
for treatment.
The Environment Agency have published some useful guides on the internet
and we have copies and links available below.
