Proposals to change the status of Recovered Fuel Oils at the end of 2005

DEFRA and the Environment Agency have announced plans to change the status of recovered oils which may destroy the recovered value of the oil we produce.

As a company we believe that this is ill conceived by DEFRA and the EA and that the current position should continue.
