Last year saw the introduction of the Hazardous Waste Regulations (HWR) 2005. This included all premises that produced waste needing to register with the Environment Agency.

This is an annual registration and therefore we have reached that time of the year when we will all need to renew our premises codes. We have found that some companies have been given new premise codes, whilst some have retained their previous codes. We are pleased to say that we were re-issued with NAA353.

If your premises code is now due for renewal or will be shortly then you can contact the EA in one of the following ways.
